If your debit or ATM card has been lost or stolen, don’t waste valuable time.

If you cancel your card via the 1-800 number, please call us the next business day and ask to speak to a customer service representative.

The CSR will need to handle transactions which were unable to post to your account due to the cancellation. Also, the CSR will need to establish whether you’ve lost other important items that might make closure of your account necessary.
